Express method for detecting defects in polysulfone hollow fiber membranes with different porous structures

چکیده

A new method of electroprometry has been proposed that allows continuous investigation extended sections a hollow fiber membrane. Samples polysulfone membranes with different porous structures were obtained: finger-shaped and spongy. These examined on laboratory electroprometric apparatus scanning along the length membrane sample at high voltage 15 kV. Defects detected in these by electroporometry, nature which was then investigated using electron microscopy. correlation found between size defect magnitude corona discharge current signal: larger defect, greater absolute value current. It is shown can be effectively used as an express to study homogeneity structure areas geometrical localization possible defects.
